Pelush & The ASPCA

Pelush was recently featured at the 2014 ASPCA Compassion Awards event in LA to honour this years winners Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and Nikki Reed. With many generous sponsors and guests the event raised over $250,000 for the ASPCA South Los Angeles Spay/Neuter Clinic! Three of Pelush’s coats were worn by actress Missy Hargraves, and auctioned off to help contribute to this great cause.

Pelush Luxury Fake Fur – by What We Like NYC

From her darling Upper East Side showroom with views over old Manhattan, Anna Tagliabue has created Pelush, a true luxury fake fur brand.

Anna is Italian and her design sensibility comes from a serious luxury market career.  Her obsession with creating “luxury” fake fur began when she worked for the Fendi family here in New York.  Working with decadent furs she kept wondering how to make something with this beauty, but not hurting animals in the process.  A long stint at Prada in New York was next and in the role of both personal shopper and stylist for the Italian brand, she discovered others felt the same.  She launched Pelush this year with one goal, to make the first truly luxury faux fur brand…  Read The Full Article Here
